Refund and returns policy

Thank you for choosing DW Development for your 3D filament needs. We strive to make your experience as smooth as possible. Below is our refund and return policy for our products.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your 3D filament must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Parts and accessories that come with the filament should also be in undamaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns where these criteria are not met.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missed refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Return shipping
To return your 3D filament product, you should send it to: Kanalvägen 2.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will accept your returned item.
